The Brotherhood Ministry supports the work of the Lord by encouraging men to be faithful servants, head of their household as adults; exemplify godly living, mentor boys and male teenagers, serve as spiritual fathers to guide others to Christ, and help to upkeep the religious facility/church so God will be pleased. The Brotherhood serves as role models in the church and lend a helping hand to assist the needy and those who are less fortunate. The Brotherhood Ministry hosts a weekly anniversary consisted of speakers from local churches.   

The Brotherhood of Mt. Zion MBC-Bakersfield is a united team of men dedicated to Christ and kingdom building by providing service throughout the church and community. They are committed to improving the quality of life of men while launching key programs that foster spiritual growth, servant leadership, civic involvement ,and health & wellness.  The Brotherhood strives to make a vital difference in the lives of those who need us most.
